Dear BMR sponsors,
We have had a restful break from racing after our successful trip to Belgium, and have made our presence felt again during this unusually wet Spring. Janel opened the team account with a strong podium appearance in the first Central Coast Mountain Bike Series race, earning a bronze medal.
Shortly thereafter, Janel and I both secured victories at the Iron Angels mountain bike race in Angels Camp, nestled in the historic gold country of California.
Pat and I also lent a hand to the boys at Family Cycling Center in the 24 hours of Adrenaline at Laguna Seca, Monterey, and helped turn the tide against formidable challengers. After 20 hours of a nailbiting back and forth battle throughout the day and night, the FCC team gained the upper hand just after dawn to clinch what ended up being one of the more closely contested races of the event.
