Edwin Rambuski

Edwin Rambuski

Edwin spent his childhood in the hard climate of his family farm in upstate New York. Residing on a working farm would definitely have it's advantages as Edwin soon put that ethic to work first on the high school tennis and football teams, where he lettered, and also at college when he took up distance running. After becoming an accomplished marathon and 10K runner, Edwin took up cycling as a way to rehabilitate from an injury. Little did he know that this path would soon be the one he would most favor later in his athletic career. Edwin stayed with cycling, and added the other two legs of triathlon to balance his thirst for challenge, taking him to such far-flung places as New Zealand to race the better part of a year with much success. Edwin's first taste of cyclocross came in 1990, but it took him until the new millennium to really focus on the sport, but in doing so, he later won his district championships in 2003. Edwin's experience in so many sports at such a high level, has perfectly prepared him for his latest favorite discipline!
