Tim has been racing in the dirt since 1987, honing his skills on the technical trail network that makes up the Santa Cruz mountains. By the early 90's, Tim was already racing on a pro license, and following the NORBA circuit around the country, placing in the top 25 overall by the end of the 1993 season.
After taking a sabbatical from racing in the late 90's to start a family and develop a stable business plan, Tim returned to the hyper-competitive NorCal masters category a few seasons ago. Tim has made great strides to regain his once dominant form, and can be seen patrolling the front group at most every cross race.
